Trick or treat loop/glitch

- People have found you have to do it from the quest prompt for it to count
- No, it definitely loops and it is meant to happen. Kind of like a reminder to Trick or Treat. And an easy way to locate finished trick or treaters.
It's been discussed quite extensively here, but those threads might be a page or more back now.
