I really wanna see a proper night mode with street lights, storefront and windows lighting up, not just a fog effect like last Halloween. Imagine having it on Christmas, a town with night, snow and glowing christmas lights! Magical! (see http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/15/9376994.page) Or even better, with the fireworks on the 4th of July!
