My big one is not getting what you tap on, like moving stuff described above, or desperately trying to tape on a character/mutant seed/Sideshow Bob (before the event) and getting money and XP that's collected for you anyway. Ugh....

I think I am still one of the few players at this point who still cares enough about Krustyland that my pet peeve is that it's so underdeveloped. Let us put water there to help use up all that land space. Let us put more items from Springfield into Krustyland in order to help players with a lot of content maximize the usage their available land without needing to put stuff in storage (namely, the CoC castles and decorations which would be perfect in Krustyland - we can put some of it there now, but not all).

Seasonal characters that have a decoration attached to them so you can't store them without losing a bonus modifier. I hate having the wee folk running around my town but I can't store them without storing the wishing well or the Shamrock Cafe.

Mr. Teeny's 1hr task. Come on, give the chimp a break. Mr. Teeny needs more jobs than buying smokes and being led around by Krusty.

Cars that can't be placed on the road.

Objects that can only be rotated 90 degrees.

Buildings that won't sit evenly in a space (OCD kicks in on this). I hate having one line of space on one side and two lines on the other.

No dirt or other ground options besides grass, pavement, river and street.

I hate it when I'm tapping away in my Springfield and I accidentally click the neighbor icon.
