UGH FINAL PRIZE CHARACTER GLITCH

Having the exact same problem. Just came to the forum to ask if anyone had a solution for this that didn't involve contacting EA. The last time I had a problem I ended up emailing back and forth with them for a couple of months and still didn't get my issue resolved so can't see the point of doing that again.

Missing Zutroy and one elf. Had lots of problems with the tunnel opening. If anyone has a solution that doesn't involve spending Christmas emailing EA in frustration, I'd be very grateful to hear it.
