Unable to connect

I’ve been unable to connect to the game since yesterday afternoon, it keeps showing an error “to process the login session” message, can someone help?
  • I put a post in the Bugs and Issues section on this yesterday ... my game basically crashes when tapping on the login option. Rebooting the device, clearing the cache, clearing the user data, and reinstalling the whole game all failed to make any difference.

    I can however, opt to start a new game anonymously without any problems ... indicating that the problem clearly lies with the login system.

    Haven't been able to try it yet today as I am at work.
  • try going to EA.com and changing your password there to less than 15 characters with only letters and numbers in it. Also try changing your time/date to something not correct then change it back then reboot.
    If those don't help you will have to contact ea through the in-game link, email is the worst option for help try different times until you can get live chat or phone if you can do those. Or try them on twitter
  • you can use zeroes in it's place to get a ticket started

    did you try any of my other suggestions?
  • @queenaoibh881 i had this problem and it made me very very mad. I read on another forum someone had to hotspot off there 4G. Please try using another network i.e your phones data or a wifi and see if that works. It worked for me after attempting EVERYTHING ELSE for almost 2 weeks

    That is exactly the problem I have! And I just tried again with no luck, which, with the event running is getting me on my nerves ?

    I’ve tried contacting EA but they need my game ID, which I can find once I’m logged in, so… not of much help ??‍♀️
