Unemployment Office building gone

I went to play first thing this morning and cleared my Springfield. Went to assign tasks and find my EO building is gone. Very difficult to assign 260 characters individually. I looked in my inventory no luck. Went to Krustyland still gone. Uninstalled, reinstalled still gone. Any suggestions to get it back.
