Yup, I get them too, despite my "Got 100 Friends" badge and the message in my signature. I don't mind that much though, since I only get a couple a week, and I usually delete about 1 friend a week, so it's pretty convenient. I'll just delete a person, add a person, delete the other requests, and repeat.
