It's not much of a spoiler really, as I have no clue who any of them are or even what the "choppers" might suggest.
That's the way the game is headed now they've topped 500 different characters, we're into the more obscure content or sometimes even stuff that's non-canon, unique to the game.

A side quest is anything that isn't required to progress in the main story line or an event. The entirety of Springfield Heights is all side quests.

How long before it starts? I have everyone free...
