Yup. Or as metroPCS likes to express the value "Up to 1.2 GB of internal memory" because they figure most consumers wouldn't understand the concept that some storage is reserved for the OS.

I know *about* rooting of phones, I've never done it, and I don't want to fumble my way through and risk screwing something up. It would really really suck if I bricked my phone just trying to make TSTO play better. ;-)
