So far I have noticed each level increases payout by 10 rods but I'm only level 4 so this may not be accurate :D
I've seen the same thing - now up to 75 payout from the building at level 5 and no change in time to payout.
PS: thanks for all the building taps neighbour - waking up to those animations made my day :D
