Upgrade castles or Spend Elixir?
Go with the decorations unless you think you already have enough decorations then just spend the rest on pointless upgrades...it's all on you, if you want more stuff buy it now.

All prizes for leveling up after level 20 are just castle walls. that's it, just walls.
