- Every 4 hours the HQ pays out carbon rods, increasing the level increases the payout of the HQ
So far I have noticed each level increases payout by 10 rods but I'm only level 4 so this may not be accurate :D - Thx :thumbup:

I thought I was getting them quite quickly but then my luck ran dry and I haven't gotten any from the past maybe 25 criminals :(
Does anyone now the percentage chance of getting arbitrarium- I'm level 4 it pays out 65 for me
- Does upgrading also increase the amount of carbon rods we get from neighbours that visit us? I'm getting 4 per atom now and I thought it started out as 3. Also, did anyone else notice that when you tap on the atom it tells you that your neighbour spied on you? So who's the real criminal here?!

The sooner you tap those neighbour visits the more they will give you, the Max being 4 rods. Its the same way it worked during the stone cutter event except this time instead of spying your reporting crimes hence the phone. :DTazzy452 wrote:

I rushed the first couple of levels. On level 7 now on main town.
Holy Moley!! That is a hell of a lot of donuts to spend to get up to that level, no way am i spending that many :shock:

I've seen the same thing - now up to 75 payout from the building at level 5 and no change in time to payout.

OK, that makes sense - didn't see that detail in any descriptions. Also explains why the text still tells us that someone spied on us. :D
