Upgrade castles or Spend Elixir?
Go with the decorations unless you think you already have enough decorations then just spend the rest on pointless upgrades...it's all on you, if you want more stuff buy it now.

this is truly a tough task picking between all the stuff I don't want but may need some day. Especially if it can go to Krustyland.
