Uter isn't available anymore?
Was finally about to get Uter and he's gone! What happened? Takes me quite a while to save up donuts and I cannot find him. Looked in characters and businesses. Nothing.

Probably because he'll be part of a bundle later on in the event. That's usually what happens when they're going to make bundles for events from things that are already available.
