Either that or he might just show up and disappear like how Sideshow Bob and Gil does now and then. That would be the kicker!

I have no idea. We get some random guy that I've never heard of (Bernice's brother, who comes with the unfinished shed), yet we don't get Uter? What the heck? I don't want Bernice's brother. Bernice was a nice addition. I like the men in Springfield to have their wives in the game, but we still don't have Helen Lovejoy either. Helen and Uter are both more prominent characters than Bernice or her brother. I also want Lunch Lady Doris. There are several pretty important characters who have been overlooked in favor of some pretty silly ones, like Bernice's brother.

We will get him. Just like crazy cat lady. For an insane amount of donuts.
