Hah! I hope not. It doesn't actually look like a wheel we've seen fortunately. But the balloons are the same colors as all that V-day junk (benches, gazebos, etc) we got last year, which is what made me notice them.
They didn't make green, blue, or any other color. They are all pinks. - A clue hey?

*Ducks*- I highly doubt it. I mean I don't think EA even knew what the Vday event would be like when they were making the Xmas event,

While my theory is pure speculation, you seem unaware of how far in advance they plan and build updates for this game. You suggest that the period of three months is some huge span. It's s blink.
