Vacuum Tool

I'm not even sure you have to tap it (don't hurt) mine displays in it's little window, I can touch and hold the screen and it starts right up.

Tap it twice before holding your finger down, that should work.

Its different for everyone, but between tapping and vacuuming, it seems easier just tapping the ghost, but very much dislike when i miss the ghost and end up tapping a money making building, but make sure if you are going to vacuum the ghost, the icon on the right hand corner is set up for it.

Tap on the ghost icon on the upper right corner of the screen. You'll notice the second icon in the dropdown is active now (not grey). That is the vacuum. Tap on it activate it.

With the vacuum activated, press a finger to your screen and hold. You should hear sucking sound and a whirlwind will appear under your finger. You can drag it around and when you bring it near a ghost, it'll get sucked in and pop and give you Goo.

You first have to select the item from the top right corner. Once it's selected, you just hold your finger on the screen to start the vacuum.
