Various buildings no longer generate income

Yes, it's normal since Moe's, Police Station, Springfield Elementary and Town Hall can be vandalized by your neighbours. The Retirement Castle and Power Plant doesn't generate any income at all and can't be vandalized by your neighbours.

The police station has never been tappable unless a character is in it for a task. It has no payout.

Today, suddenly, the police station no longer is tappable, it doesn’t show up to tell me the pay out. And the character that is always on a job there was moved to the prison building. I tried storing it and replacing. I tried going to some friends towns to vandalize. So far seems to be only one building with this bug.
