Do you mean the island with the tree currently on it or the one that's in front of the falls?

Yes, that's the one.
I think having just flowers on it make it look bit boring, any ideas?.....

Why don't you set it up as a dock? (Maybe some day we will get a boat.) Put some trees there, some boardwalk benches and fences (not sure if the fences would work. I'd have to see it.). I'd put a campfire there too. Maybe a seesaw. Too bad the palm trees can't go there. Oh, an maybe a gazebo, if it works. Not sure since they are white and it wouldn't have the same feel.

That's sound even better, I can expand the island a little bit and do a proper docks
You think campfire will go with it? Will try and post some screenshots later.
