Entirely up to you, both work out the same tbh I use the Feds (Agents as i call them) as it easier than searching for buildings and it helps your neighbour as well as you :) so it a win win for ev...

I'm tapping on the Christmas stuff first (Present Depot, elf houses, and other things that give presents) because that restarts the timers for them, then I send Feds.
