The few actors chose not to contribute, as well as the fact that some of the characters such as Hank Scorpio and Fat Tony are voiced by guest actors like Mel Brooks, etc and would have to be paid for their time and voice.

i would love to see a list of all the non-voiced characters and why. fat tony and sideshow are more obvious than some others, but it would be nice to have a complete list...

Non voiced characters, or whoever does their voices must be of hitler relation.

Anyway, I think it's a shame also that not all characters are voiced. I would've thought enough money is made from the game to throw a few bucks at the voice actors.

Hank Scorpio is voiced by Albert Brooks

All they did for the characters with voices was take audio clips from the show. So it's not like they would have to pay the actors to go back in and record everything. And although I don't know ANY of the details on their contracts, wouldn't you think it's FOX that owns the at least the "likeness" if not the rights to the recordings? I'm sure they could find SOMEONE who sounds like Milhouse that can say a few lines.

Although, as I learned in college while taking a contracts course: Not much else matters except what's in the contract.
