I agree, sound off for me too. But I do spend a minute or two with the sound switched on whenever I get a new character.
I still don't get this royalty thingy. The main characters got full time actors, fine. I can see that recording new lines/voices for the guest stars would involve extra cost, but what if they choose to pick a few lines from the episodes?
Even with picking lines from the shows they would still have to pay that celeb royalites so either way it costing them money which is why some probably dont have voices or they just dont see the need for that character to be voiced ;)
