I stored my level 9 IRS buildings in both my accounts (1 played on kindle and the other played on iPad). When I went to take them out of my inventory on both devices, they were missing. My IRS drone was also missing. I looked in the store and there were the buildings marked as free. However, they were reset to level 1 when I "purchased" them. My IRS drone then showed up in my inventory. I did have to repurchase the levels for the buildings. I have stored them many times before (when I only want to collect from a specific number of buildings/people to reach the amount to get bonus donuts) and never had this problem.

Sounds like you have the big glitch that has been going on for about 2 years... Check the thread eta on glitch fix or the great on in the bugs section... If you have it you need your game rolled back asap or anything you do from here on will be list. Check those threads out asap to be sure if you do or don't have it.

I just stored mine and took it right out and it was still level 9. @Hajekfam Are you sure it wasnt just the facade that changed? I had the dark blue one on when I stored it, and when I took it out it was the run down brown one. But it was still level 9.

No, I didn't have the other facades. It told me I had to buy them to level up. This happened in my two springfields each played on a different device with different OS- one a kindle, and one an iPad.

@Hajekfam Are you sure it wasnt just the facade that changed? I had the dark blue one on when I stored it, and when I took it out it was the run down brown one. But it was still level 9.

Alles ist auf einmal verschwunden. Habe am 11.07 auf dem Krustibus getippt weil ich mich teleportieren lassen wollte.Was kann ich tun um alles wieder zu bekommen?Spiele das Spiel seit etwa 7 Jahren und soll noch einmal von vorne anfangen?

I had a similar issue with the SH buildings resetting to level 1 after storing and resetting. Seems to be a random affect on levelable buildings. But i'll make sure to never store the unemployment office and that is allot of money to re-upgrade.
