Weird message about Springfield Arms ... Temporary ...

I had this message just before we got the 10 donuts. as this is my first community prize event I thought I had done something wrong as I didn't have the donuts & the padlock was on still but it said unlocked. I came out of the game & back in & was awarded the donuts, the padlock was gone too. The donuts then disappeared along with everyone else.
