The broken eggs are from the Halloween update. We were able to egg our neighbors buildings.
Oh yeah... duh... Forgot all about that. Carry on then.
Yes there was certainly eggs in Haloween, but I recall it never showed broken egg shells, only the egg whites and yolk, splattered on houses.hollywood1482 wrote:

The thing thats bugging me is how sum1 said that in the show it starts may 10th wacking day yet un the files it shows it ends on may 2nd it may be a made up holiday but in the past all the holidays have been in the middle of the special event update, xmas, vday, * patty's ect, seems a tad bit odd to have the update end before the actual wacking day
Yeah but also if you look through the files as far as start and end dates there all over the place meaning they have some promos starting 2019 so those active dates are always subject to change and can be chamged rather easily. So im not going by the dates listed in the files because of the dates ive seen range from 2009 to 2019 on some things
People since when has the simpsons ever been consistent with anything? I mean how often has Springfield it's self been changed around, I mean in the stonecutters episode the power plant is behind the Simpsons house,so iam sure they could change the date, why be spot on with this and everything else changes all the time doesn't make sense to me I dare say we will get it before the 10th of may. If the files say ends may 2nd,based on Xmas and Halloween they give you a month to collect, so if that's anything to go by my prediction update april 1st or 2nd.brenner_yes wrote:

My first thought was that perhaps it was like Easter, changing from year to year, but a quick check of the simpsonwiki made it clear that I was wrong, as it marks a historical event.
I'm relying on rumor here, but I think that They could be trying to avoid running two promotions at a time. The listed episode for the 14th is "What Animated Women Want," and I read that it is supposed to have a game tie in, either on this board or the other.- I think is just a fake rumour.
- Yeah I agree, EA are inconsistent with everything.
- I apologise if this has already come up, I did have a brief flick through the topic pages.

The episode was aired exactly 20 years ago from April the 29th. Also, given that all previously seasonal updates have started a few weeks prior to the event (fictional or not) this might be a possible update release date.
Also, 20 YEARS AGO. Terrifying. markheard wrote:

Man, that's two whole decades. A tad bit depressing.- Now that we're on a topic of age iam 28 from Gold Coast Australia. When I was younger I remember when simpsons were released,I think in 1989 here it was on about 8pm, I remember i was about 5, so after that finished I had to go to bed for school the next day. So people here in the same age bracket as myself would remember playing the old Nintendo, sega mastersystem, snes, megadrive(genesis) and so on all the way to present consoles. We grew up in the era when home entertainment exploded to give us what we have today. Who in there wildest imagination would have thought back while you were playing your mastersystem and watching the very first epps of the Simpsons, that approx 20 years from then you would be giving all your spare time to play a portable simpsons game were you could interact with all types of people from all over the world. You couldn't even imagine it,we'll I couldn't.
Watching simpsons when I was a kid from the very first time it made its tv appearance, would have to be one of the fondest childhood memories I have. - To think how they are bringing back life into the old episode with this game is really quite amazing!!
- Yes Emmcee1, I'm 26 and have similar memories of the Simpsons from growing up. It's scary thinking about watching what were new series at the time that are now super-old. The one that I always remember seeing for the first time is the first trip to New York with Homer at the WTC in 1997, 4 years before 9/11. I enjoyed their revisit in season 24 with the big Khlav Kalash, we need that in the game!
