There actually are a couple; the cow tongues from the wild west event springs to mind. They are few and far between, and almost always limited time. You do get a couple just by going through the level quests if I'm not mistaken.- Rabbits.

I got an elder god and a mini nuke about an hour ago one right after the other. The nuke was from the eliminator though.
