I am still getting FP's as well. Both from visiting neighbor's and dumping garbage, and then sometimes from my friend's visits as well. Although the neighbor's visits in my own Springfield has been an ongoing issue and seems to be totally random.

I am also receiving hand shakes from some neighbors still, but I assume that is because they have not proceeded as far in the event.

The names from Neighbor's handshakes rise slower. Now I don't have to try and chase them to read the names!

When setting tasks, my task list no longer starts at whatever the previous task duration was (i.e. 8 hr.). Instead it just starts at the top of their task list every time. Is this happening to anyone else?

Another change is that the white text bits saying how much cash, xp, event currency, etc. that the icons turn into now float quickly up off the screen. I think they used to just stay where the icon fell and then disappear.

What prompts EA to make minor changes like this for an item that came out over six months ago?

New land is on top (North) and the side (East), not the bottom where the water is (South) and the Heights are to the (West)
I was to busy to even notice the new land, now how about them hide-able mountains got any insight on when/if we'll be doing anything with them. I'd like to run the M. right through them into the mall-o station and/or post office station, I think they look right in SH.
