That sucks. Not sure how you can find it other than looking all over your town. Maybe try hiding people and buildings whenyou search it will be easier to find. No one has a task there, it just pays out.

I just did that and it was right in front of me. I was looking for it aimlessly for 20 minutes and it was right there. Oy. Thanks for the advice my ex partner in crime. ;)
