it's a new type for SH. You can build 75 max spending 15 Ads every 2 hours. no change in price the more you build. first three costs 2 every 6 seconds since they're tied to the questline.
It says 10 ads/2 hours for me. Hope it stays that way, I want to spend my ads on the resort.
