What Changed With the Stonecutters Black Market Sale Update?

Stonecutters skins aren't all premium, the Stonecutters Lodge is now premium and any tasks set there pay out premium.

    All the jobs set at the Stonecutter Lodge and the Stonecutter's Daycare Center are now premium.
    All Stonecutters' 4h jobs regarding the "Welcome to the Stonecutters" questline are now premium.
