This isn't an issue of forming a possessive correctly. The sign up sheet includes Flanders's name. You could also say (as they did here) that it includes Flanders, because "Flanders", the name, is on the sign up sheet.- updated

- I don't know if this a recent thing, but today there were fans in one of my neighbour's towns that hasn't built the stadium or been online in weeks. I could never find fans to tap in the town before. Today there were fans to be tapped.
