Not that I was going to get it... but wow, 120 donuts now just for the Devil Flanders skin? That's crazy. Is that the most expensive a stand alone skin has ever sold for?

Um, I'm not seeing any of this stuff in my store, and I've been waiting for most of it to come back.
The only returning THOH thing I see (for sure) is the Devil Float.
Do I have to reach a certain point in the quest line to unlock them?
(edit)Never mind. I found the info. Geeze! They're gonna make us wait that long for Marge the Witch?
