- Ice God now has a 20 Donuts rebate.
- Duff Beer Tree now costs 10 Donuts instead of 30.
December 14th (Winter 2016 Patch 2)
- Placing the not 2015 Lisa Snowman now yields 20 XP instead of 1000 and has a 0.5% Bonus $ and XP.
- Placing the not 2015 Marge Snowman and Grampa Snowman now yields 20 XP instead of 2000 and has a 0.5% Bonus $ and XP.
- Placing the not 2015 Maggie Snowman now yields 20 XP instead of 3000 and has a 0.5% Bonus $ and XP.
- Placing Ice Sculpture Couch Gag Scene now yields 20 XP and has a 0.5% Bonus $ and XP.
- Satyr Willie, Ravencrow Neversmiles, New God Mr. Burns, Star Snowsuit Maggie, The Parson and The Wiccans were added to the Characters inventory group.
- Gnome Box can now be stored after the event ends.
- The Pagan Fence was removed from the store, and the Pagan Fence Bundle (comprised of 8 Pagan Fences) is now available, for the same price.
- Placing a Pagan Fence now yields 2 XP instead of 10 and has a 0.05% Bonus $ and XP instead of 0.25%.
- For every Pagan Fence bought before the update (after the 6 unlocked from Pagan Simpsons Bundle), 7 more were added in the inventory due to their change in pricing.
- Gnome In Your Home not working glitch was solved.
- The job Attend the Pagan Festival is now located at either Town Hall or Brown House instead of just Town Hall.
- Event currency payout from Pagans was increased from 10 to 15, and now they also drop 1 Guilt Dust.
- The cost for Act 2 Prizes was changed:
- Goblet of Runestones was lowered from 13.900 Brooches to 12.150.
- Ba'al Pit was lowered from 25.250 Brooches to 23.500.
- Ravencrow Neversmiles was lowered from 40.950 Brooches to 38.850.
- Chest of Runestones was lowered from 49.650 Brooches to 47.050.
- Wickerman was lowered from 60.100 Brooches to 57.500.
- Sacrifice Your Sheep to Odin w/Star Snowsuit Maggie was lowered from 78.450 Brooches to 74.950.
- Flander's Frozen Car was changed to Flanders' Frozen Car.
- In A Rail of One City Pt. 1 Homer's phrase "Good idea, sweetie. Is there room right next to Flander's house?" was changed to "Good idea, sweetie. Is there room right next to Flanders' house?".

- In the unreleased quest Cut-Glass Cathedral, three dialogues were changed:

- Ned's "How're our numbers, Ned? Is the congregation back in the black?" was changed to "How're our numbers, Reverend? Is the congregation back in the black?"

- The app icon, the splash screen and the friend visit's icon were changed to new ones for the event.
- The whole game was changed to winter theme, and a winter wind blows now as ambience sound.
- Snow was added on friend screen and in friend towns however no snow is falling in own town.
- The decorations limit was increased from 9100 to 9200.
- The town center was set to Springfield Henge.
- Event Leaderboard was added.
- Event Daily Challenges were added.
- Christmas Mansion's name was changed to Festive Wolfcastle Mansion.
- Squeaky-voiced Teens & Molemen was changed to Squeaky-Voiced Teens & Molemen.
- La Belle Frottage's task is now premium.
- Casino Nessie, Stampy and Street Cleaner can now go on Cobblestone too.
- Tortoises can now go on Dirt and Cobblestone.
- Gabbo and Arthur's Have a Conversation with Himself won't use an occupied location anymore.
- Insanity Cauldron minigame won't change other item skins anymore.
- Baby Gerald, Kearney's Other Son, Patches and Poor Violet and White Witch Burns' jobs now payout premium.
- Two-Storey Outhouse now has 2.25% Bonus $ and XP.
- Big Jashmed Pt. 1 now requires Jay to be unlocked to start.
- Building Claus Co. now yields 90 XP instead of 60.
- Placing "Christmas" Totem now yields 10 XP.
- King Winter's Cave Bonus $ and XP was raised from 1.5% to 4.5%.
- Placing Festive Light Plunger now yields 55 XP instead of 35 and now costs 55 Donuts.
- Festive Light Plunger Bonus $ and XP was raised from 0.75% to 2.25%.
- Building Ski Chalet now yields 80 XP instead of 10.
- Building Xmas Threes Slightly Irregular now yields 60 XP instead of 10.
- Building Gingerbread Mansion now yields 140 XP instead of 10, its task is now premium and is now fully upgraded.
- Building Best Snowman Ever now yields 80 XP instead of 10, its task is now premium and is now fully upgraded.
- Building Exotic Petting Zoo now yields 70 XP instead of 10, its task is now premium and is now fully upgraded.
- Placing Giant Outdoor Fireplace now yields 35 XP and has 1% Bonus $ and XP.
- Placing Fancy Igloo now yields 20 XP and has 0.5% Bonus $ and XP.
- The Monorail Tunnel inventory icon was changed.
- Bramble Hedge and Biohazard Wall orientation was changed.
- Sebastian Cobb's job Tinker with the Monorail is now animated.
- Burns' Summer Mansion was changed.
- Krustyland Shuttle and the bear in the Bear Cave are now animated.
- A set of craftable Two-Storey Outhouse, Windmill and Chicken Coup were created, without the Bonus $ and XP that the premium ones have.
- Due to the snow look, M'nthster disappeared from the Sunken Temple.
- Due to the snow, Sequence Fountains are now out of sync.
- Baby Gerald was set to be permanent in the store from December 18th if the user starts The End of the Beginning Pt. 6 and has unlocked the Winter 2016 store.
