What have you done with Fort Sensible ?

I don't have it yet, but I have a section of two that has the Tire yard, Cletus, and Willie. I'm thinking I'm going to arrange things so that Fort Sensible goes in that area and gives me this sort of "Southern Springfield" thing.

It's just started construction on my lot, but I started it in front of my town square before moving it over the river to its own property. We will see when it is done if I move it again.

I made a little area for it just outside my mountain region, used 6 brown houses for "barracks".......

I finally did something with Fort Sensible and ended up finally finding a good place for Cletus' Farm & the Muntz House at the same time:
