Edit: ninja'd  - Ah cool - thanks!
How about for things you can get lots of? I don't really want to fill my Springfield with jet bikes (although as I type that it sounds wrong...) - but apple trees and fences etc are perhaps more ok en masse?
I've only recently heard about people getting lots of donuts from levelling near constantly - and I quite fancy aspiring to that kind of multiplier - currently I'm on 38% ;) - get as many as you want, can afford. They are easily hidden behind trees and buildings
- my feeder town has a better bonus multiplier then my regular town

There's a lot of items on the 20 donuts for 1% tier. That includes the white picket fences, the chalk outlines, the Knightboat, the police car, the Burns limo, Century flower, the Channel 6 news van, and some others. The Channel 6 news van is a good one because it also gives a 4 hour premium task to the Channel 6 building just by being in your town. Unfortunately none of the trees are in this tier unless you count Homer's hammock.
The jet engine bike is the only regular item available on the 15 donuts for 1% tier, which is why its considered the best value. There have been occasional limited-time items such as the Snowball II snowman that are on the 10 donuts for 1% tier but who knows when another one of those will be available.- just did the Gulp n Blow check for my towns multiplier i get an extra 11 dollars.
My feeder town earns 15 extra dollars
I need to put some more multiplier items in my main town - For Thanksgiving save enough donuts for the Grumple Balloon. For 25 donuts you get 2% bonus.
- While I would have said the jet engine bike until recently, if it's XP you want multiplied, the biggest multipliers are the new Springfield Heights buildings. Placing all of them (even without upgrades) gets you a 150% multiplier for your XP! That dwarfs the puny 48% or so I'd manage to accrue up until now with regular bonus multiplier stuff (I'm a mostly freemium player).
But, if you want your cash multiplied, too, then yes, the JEB offers the best donuts-to-% ratio. - someonewashereRising Novice

You're trolling, moxxee. You know full well it's a bike with a jet on it.
I thought it was a jike with a bet?

My life is a cromulent lie.
As for best multiplier? the Channel 6 news van, why? cause you have a chance to get it for free in the mystery box.
