What is the Skyfinger collect grease job?

Hello.What to do with the Skyfinger collect grease job? Every time I click it it takes me some of the greasy spoons I have but when I collect money from them the counter of grease collected does not go up. So what gives?

In the end it was a no-job. All I had to do was collect the characters that were working for grease and same time they added their grease in the total I got added the grease into the "Skyfinger collects greas" slot.
