Not Receiving Supernatural Collectibles

Hi,

Please help. I've tried 2 separate occasions where I've traded in 3 X 79 cards to receive 3 X Supernatural Collectibles. Both times it took my cards, however, I have not received my 6 Collectibles? 

I'm trying to make Chara and because of this, I'm going to miss out. This is ridiculous to say the least.

I've deleted cache on Xbox X by powering down and completely unplugging the power cord. Still didn't work!

Where are my Collectibles?!?!?!?
