I had a momentary "what the heck" moment when I read Springfield Falls - I thought that was your biggest purchase regret! :-)
My own biggest regret was accidentally buying Jesse Grass. I was playing my second town, which is freemium, and thought for a second that I was in my main town. I had been saving all my donuts since I started the town over a year ago (coincidentally awaiting the return of Springfield Falls) until I unintentionally bought stupid Jesse Grass, thinking I was in my main town. Oops.
