Pick a building that pays out base amount of $100 or $200 and see how much more than that you get. If on a $100 building get say $132, you know you have 32% bonus. The advantage of a $200 base building is it catches the .5% too. So if on a $200 building you get $263, then you know your bonus is 31.5%
