It can come up from time to time during events. Halloween last year the wailing walls were craftable and came with a 2.25% bonus. Spooky walls also had a bonus.

Also another way is to stock pile freemium decorations during an event in the hopes they will return as premium with a multiplier in the future. This hasn't happened too often lately but used to a fair bit.

Mine is 297.5% mainly due to tennis court and wailing wall farming.

Enjoy the lean times while you can. It's much more exciting and invigorating to work hard for the progress. Soon, you'll be swimming in ca$h and XP, then you'll be going through the motions, just to keep so far ahead that you can buy whatever EA throws at you.
