My best guess is between 2-5 PM PST today. Last year I think it started around 4 PM. I tend to remember it popping right before a meeting I have on the 1st Tuesday in October. Actually have another meeting tonight so it will probably pop right before that one too.
At any rate I have everyone on 4 hour tasks mostly at the She-She Lounge so I can put that away and release them from their eternal dance. :p Kids are shopping at that New-Fangled Kwik-E-Mart so I can free them too. ;)
