So the alien 51 guy is not Kip, then. Owe-Kaye.
Are we allowed to pretend he's Kip?

since he's not from Futurama and not really from the Simpsons either it's difficult to justify the 100 pricetag.

    I'm pretty sure he's from the Stonecutters episode. They keep the Martians under wraps, you know.
