Where has Mr. Teeny gone?

I went to check for myself and found Mr. Teeny stowed away in the box as he had been. I placed him and he is running around as an NPC.

Curious as to what EA is doing - simply changing him to an NPC?

And I concur the 12 hour task for Krusty is gone.
