The only new characters in this event that are part of the event currency is: Itchy, Scratchy, Ms. Mouse, Diane, Jeremy, June, Park Engineer and Tina.
Bort isn't part of the event currency.
Tina is the last one for the event currency when Act 3 starts and that is when she comes.
