Which Zenith City building to try for first?

I have the apartments and now I have been saving for a few days for the Times building,
I still need 15 capes for it.

No, no, no no, You are with me, but backwards. The me with a little wine says, "Wait, get the Time Building," but the sober me says, "Get what you can get NOW, and collect rents!" I think I like the wine me, but don't tell the sober Janis that. (Guess who I am right now)

Hello! Am I the only one who is missing The Storefront and the Phone booth from the Craft list?? Or are they supposedly to appear later in the phase?

I am crafting the Times now. Got the Loft and Apartment already.

I am a straight freemium player. I have already collected the 4000 pies twice, and got total of 6 donuts! EA had increased the probabilities (more, please!) this time for earning donuts! Yeah!
