Who has accepted defeat?

Why is everyone trying to complete it tonight? Thought the event ended on the 9th, so even if it's early on that day, we all should still have the entire day tomorrow to complete it...or did I miss something?

I have till the end of tomorrow to get 1000 eggs for the hotel. I've come too far to admit defeat! With a little luck, a few generous users, and a lot of town visits, I think I can make it.

I just hope they don't cut the game off at midnight on the 9th.

I'm about to get Bare Chested Willie and I feel like that I'm not going to get the Colliseum and/or the Motel. Unless someone wants to give me 5,000 eggs right now.

Me too. I am only 450 away so I am also checking out my friends and dropping 50-75 at ones that are close to a level. Kind of fun.
I am assuming that the game will last until sometime on the 9th. Just to be safe I am going to get hotel tomorrow morning.

I had intial plans to use donuts but by my assumption even if I get Willie, Tatum will be at least 200 donuts. i only have 119.

I'm not even at Bare Chested Willie yet, I probably need like 500 donuts to finish. :/

They aren't worth 12,500 snakes. With school and all, I still play everyday but it seems impossible to get done.

Not accepting defeat yet! Just passed 11000! I have two logs, a stump, and a rock! It will still be down to the wire as I lost my elite license and regular license on Monday for some reason, so no more collecting from neighbors :(
