Who has Barney?

can u win the bowlarama through the Mystery Box? if so thats another way they may have gotten him.

Barney's Bowlarama was free to obtain during the Christmas 2012 event, which ended a week or so into January 2013. Since then he has been 250 donuts, with no specials since that time. If they have gotten him since then, then they spent donuts on him, either by paying for donuts or acquiring the donuts for free over time.

I got him for free through an event. I think it was Christmas 2012 but I'm not sure on the one. Anyway I know it was an event and he was brought back for a ridiculous amount of donuts.

I just asked that question on here yesterday and was told (with links to back it up, on the tapped out wiki) that it is NOT a MB prize.

Although I suppose it's possible it once was a MB prize and no longer is.

perhaps. you might be on the right track with where it used to be a non premium, way back when, im not sure.

very true, my friend joined after Valentines Day Event, and he is very jelly of my Valentines Goods hahaha

Barney was non premium for a long time even after he was available for donuts. This was a very common complaint of the people who actually spent donuts on him. By non premium, I am referring to the payout on his tasks, as well as the tasks at the bowling alley. But then EA finally changed that after a long time, so that not only are all of Barney's tasks paid out as premium, but so are the bowling alley tasks, like Ned's 20 hour go bowling task pays more than Ned's 24 hour task because it is now premium.

You are right about everything but the last part.

Ned and homers tasks to play at the bowlarama paid out a premium since it was first introduced into the game. I actually used to send them on 20hr tasks there because back then I only sent characters on 24hr tasks and figured why not get more for less time.

It did take them a whole year to finally give Barney premium payout tho. Unfortunately by the time they did I wasn't in a real need of money anymore.
