I’m ready! I’ve got almost 100 pier tiles in storage. Hopefully they give us more water! Yarrr!

Not got a lot of energy for this event so will just expand squidport.

No added ocean it seems, oh well . . . might buy that 3rd row I'd been ignoring to help the GGR produce extra tokens if they did add land ( 36 banked in one town, 300 odd in another !! )

I’m already off to a good start; picked up the one piece i didn’t have, to finish up my Marina Dam.
If you see any sea monsters, be sure to blast’em with the Elf Cannon ! ?

I’m ready. With Squidport being a high end shopping promenade, I’ve been wanting to build an actual port where ships can dock. I just set it up; all I need now is that Barnacle Bay sign.

So I’m kinda bummed over these latest prizes.

1. The carousel could be a great addition to the Squid port, replacing the one i have there now which I’ve just realized is Christmas-themed. HOWEVER, is anyone going to ride it? I liked assigning Homer and the kids to the Christmas Carousel. Here’s before and after pics: the crowds have already dissipated. Booo…

2. The Marina sign is a whole new land-to-pier bridge? Ugh! The problem with this style is the size of its invisible footprint. So we cannot place fence ON the piece, nor can we decorate around it, forcing mandatory dead spots on the beach. I wanted to place the sign on my Marina pier driveway, but this is impossible. To use it as intended would ruin my original design. Here’s the before and after:

I’m sad that i will likely store this until i find a new use for it. So bummed.
