It's Herman and it's not even close. He's a one-joke character and the joke isn't even funny. Not to mention the lamest quest ever.

I really have never cared much for SVT

I also chose Arnie Pye, whereas Santa Homer has one fly-over foreground sleigh scene, Santa Homer doesn't have to be used during the off-season if you choose to not use him. Arnie has not one but 2 very screen consuming foreground fly-over-everything scenes and it gets annoying when you have to either wait or try to click around him only to click him and hear his annoying nasally laugh.

Who is the Tribal Chief? Is that the Mayan that goes with the Mayan calendar that we had in an event that is totally slipping my mind? (I think it tied into the Dec 2012 end of the world thingy?)

No he was introduced with Thanksgiving 2013. Came with the Pow Wow Casino.

My vote is Santa's Little Helper and Snowball II. It is mind boggling that these Simpsons have 0 tasks.

I'd love to put an option for the taskless characters.

If we are keeping it task-only characters, I'd probably say Jub Jub or Stampy. Incredible small task lists.

Of the freemium: Reverend Lovejoy...his voice is barely audible. Ralph I can't dislike, his optimism is funny even if he doesn't have a 4-hour task.

Of the premiums: Arnie Pye. He's incredibly annoying and distracting, is a one-note character that gets old fast.

The Yes Guy. He's on permanent 24 hour task duty for me to shut him up as much as possible and to keep the power plant animation going!

Arnie. The helicopter is a cool animation, but DAMN it's irritating, I'm always clicking on it by accident.
I used to dislike (not dislike, but sort of...well I don't know, lets use dislike) Ralph because of his lack of tasks, but since the fireworks puppies building I don't mind so much.
