Here's how i it. Seeing that i started a second town and that's how it ended up.. If you can buy every building as soon as you can by lvl 40 the price is cheap. The more you level up first the more expensive the buildings become. For an example. The Writer's building when it first came out in main town was over a million dollars at max level. Now in my second town.. it was only 100,000 at level 20 something? Once you build so many buildings up, it takes a long time to redesign and "make a nice town". Once i have all the buildings is when ill buy land and make time.
